As an option, Welding Expert software can be provided with an extra Excel macro module for the qualitative monitoring of welds beads and parts.
One mouse click allows you to follow the welding process evolution
And easily check measurements which are in or out of set acceptance criteria...

• Min & Max action limit module :

For the most advanced welding certification standards, you need to know how far the measurements are close to the limits.
Results are still viewed as red or green (pass/fail) and Yellow if you’re close to the limits.

• Data view module :

Want to redo a measurement but you threw the sample…
With the dataview module all the images are automatically stored as raw images and so you’re able to redo measurement without getting the specimen.
